Automations run on my own server, hosted in the EU (Germany). The workflow engine (n8n) is self-hosted, the database is also under my own control. Client data does not flow to the US — all AI processing happens via EU-region APIs or local models.

Own servers in Germany. No US data transfer, no transatlantic transit with client data.
DPA — signed contract addendum
Your lawyer can review it. Covers: data controller / processor roles, processing purpose, security measures, data breach protocol.

EU-region AI provider or local (self-hosted) AI model on the own server. No client data sent to US-region AI providers.
Access management and audit log
I only see data needed for processing. Audit logs for every data query. You can request the full access log at any time.
If you want to switch, you get your data within 30 days.
If you decide to move to another provider at any time, I export all your data accumulated with me within 30 days, in human-readable and reusable formats. No vendor lock-in, no penalty fees, no friction.

I invoice as a VAT-exempt small business — the price you see is the final price, no hidden tax line. Hungarian-format monthly invoice.
Separate line — operations fee
The infrastructure fee appears as a separate line item. Tiered: Light / Standard / Heavy. Transparent, scalable.
No USD invoice surprises
I never send a USD-denominated invoice without prior agreement. I carry the FX risk, not you.
Setup fee, upfront
A one-time setup fee at retainer start covering infrastructure setup, integrations, and access configuration. Always discussed transparently in advance.
